Graphic Designer – Full Time, North Perth

Kember Creative is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced, motivated and passionate Graphic Designer to join their small, friendly team in their Perth Studio.  Kember Creative is seeking a self-starting, motivated individual who is happy to be managed remotely and take ownership of his or her own client portfolio.

Requirements

The successful candidate will:

  • have at least 2 years experience as a graphic designer;
  • be technically competent, possessing advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).  Skills in CSS, HTML and WordPress are highly desirable. Experience with motion graphics, Flash, AfterEffects would be an advantage although not essential;
  • want to develop and challenge their graphic design skills, and will want to share their skills with others in the office;
  • care about the company they work for, want to participate in company decisions and have a vested interest in the values and future of the organisation;
  • possess exceptional customer service skills, take the time to intimately understand their clients’ business needs and deliver tailored results; and
  • most importantly…  have a passion for design!

 

What you will get

  • be exposed to a broad range of graphic design work, on a range of mediums for a range of clients;
  • be a member of a small, supportive and friendly team of creative designers;
  • interact directly with clients, develop client relationships, attend client meetings and have responsibility for your client portfolio; and
  • have access to flexible working hours; and
  • receive remuneration starting from $45,000, (depending on skills and experience), with annual pay reviews based on performance.
